Every order on MBOOSTED is held by us in the middle. Not by the seller, and not by anyone who can spend it.
From the moment you pay until the moment you're satisfied, the money sits with us.
The amount leaves you and is held by MBOOSTED. The seller cannot see it, touch it or withdraw it. They only know the order is paid so they can start.
The seller has 2 hours to deliver. Once they do, you get a 2-hour review window to open the account, check the item matches the listing, and change the password before you confirm.
Confirming releases the money to the seller's wallet, where it stays held for a further short period. That extra hold protects you: if something surfaces after you confirmed, the money is still there.
You paid 500 EGP for an account. That 500 sits with us — not with the seller — until you've logged in, checked it, and said you're happy.
The extra hold typically runs from 1 to 5 days, depending on the product type and the seller's level, and it gets shorter as a seller builds a track record. Balances are released on a schedule, so allow up to an hour on top.
Listing is open. Getting paid is not.
A seller can list an account minutes after signing up. To actually receive the 500 EGP you paid, they have to prove who they are first.
This is the part most marketplaces skip. Verifying at listing time would empty the catalogue; verifying at payout time means the person receiving money is always identified.
You are not arguing with the seller on your own. Open a dispute and we step in.
You can open a dispute up to 7 days after the order completes. You don't need the seller's agreement, and you don't need to have refused the order first.
The moment a dispute opens, the money for that order is frozen. This overrides any hold period that had already elapsed — a seller cannot withdraw their way out of a dispute.
You describe what went wrong and attach proof. The seller answers with theirs. Both of you can see the thread.
Someone on our team reads both sides and decides — release to the seller, refund you in full, or split it. It is not an automated score.
You paid 500 EGP and the account didn't match the listing. You open a dispute, that 500 freezes, and nobody is paid until a human has looked at it.
A refund returns the commission in full — we don't keep a cut of an order that was refunded. Refunds arrive by manual transfer, so give it time to land. Support answers within 48 hours.
