Data we collect

• Account details: name, email, username, phone/WhatsApp and Discord (if you provide it).
• Order data: the games, ranks and options you buy, and messages you send in order chats.
• Payment records: the method used and the receipt you upload — we do not store full card numbers.
• Game account credentials you provide for a boost, stored encrypted and access-logged.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver and support your orders, match boosters, process payments and escrow, prevent fraud, and communicate order updates. We do not sell your personal data.

Credentials & encryption

Credentials supplied for boosting or marketplace Secure Delivery are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the assigned booster/party and admins, and every access is recorded.

Identity documents

To withdraw money you must verify your identity, which means giving us a government ID or passport and a selfie. These are required only for withdrawal — never to browse, to buy or to list something for sale. They are encrypted at rest and stored outside the site's public files, so they cannot be reached by guessing a URL. Only an administrator can open one, and every access is recorded with who opened it and when. They are never shown to buyers, sellers or anyone else on the platform.

Sharing

We share only what's necessary with the booster or counterparty assigned to your order, and with service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting). We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

We keep order and payment records as long as needed for support, disputes and legal obligations. Credentials tied to a completed order are retired from active use.
