These terms govern your use of MBOOSTED. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use MBOOSTED. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
MBOOSTED provides rank boosting, duo queue, coaching and a peer-to-peer marketplace for game accounts, skins and items. Prices are shown in EGP and payment is processed via the methods listed at checkout.
Payments are held by MBOOSTED and are not available to the seller while the order is in progress. When you confirm the order — or when a dispute is resolved in the seller's favour — the amount moves into the seller's wallet as a held balance. It is not withdrawable at that moment.
A held balance becomes available after a short hold period, typically 1 to 5 days depending on the product type and the seller's level. Balances are released on a schedule, so allow up to an hour beyond that.
Withdrawing an available balance requires the seller to have verified their identity, and is sent as a manual transfer to a mobile wallet. The minimum withdrawal is 100 EGP. Submitting falsified payment proof is grounds for immediate account termination.
Boosting that requires access to your game account carries inherent platform risk. We take extensive precautions (manual play, region-matched VPN, offline mode) but cannot guarantee against action by the game publisher. Duo Queue avoids account sharing entirely.
You agree not to:
Sellers warrant that listings are accurate and that they are the rightful owner. A category may restrict who is allowed to list in it, and listings are reviewed before they go live.
Buyers are responsible for verifying an account during the review window and securing it (changing email and password) before releasing payment. The review window is 2 hours from delivery; if you do nothing, the order completes on its own.
A buyer may open a dispute up to 7 days after an order completes. Opening a dispute freezes the funds for that order until the dispute is decided.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Suspension freezes the balance held in the account: the money is not confiscated and remains recorded against the account, but it cannot be withdrawn while the suspension stands, and it stays available to satisfy refunds and disputes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are published in Arabic and in English. The Arabic version is the reference: if the two versions differ in any way, the Arabic text governs.
