Some categories are open to everyone. Some are limited to verified stores. Everything is reviewed before it goes live.

Gift cards and games are limited to verified stores and to MBOOSTED itself. Those are the categories where a bad delivery is hardest to undo, so the supply side is kept narrow on purpose. This is enforced when a listing is published and re-checked when someone tries to buy it.
The sell form always shows the categories that are open to you right now — treat it as the final word.
Nothing you publish appears on the marketplace until a person has looked at it.
Review applies to every category, without exception. A listing that misdescribes what's being sold, sits in the wrong category, or breaks the rules below doesn't go live.
This is also why listing is open to everyone without identity verification: the check happens on the listing rather than on the person, and identity only becomes necessary when money is being sent out.
These are the conduct rules in our Terms. They are quoted here because this is where a seller will actually look for them.
Breaking these can cost you the account. A suspended account's balance is frozen rather than confiscated — it stays recorded against you and remains available to cover refunds and disputes.
Taking a deal to a private chat is against the Terms, and it removes the only thing protecting either side.
If the money doesn't go through MBOOSTED, there is no escrow behind it. Nothing is held, nothing can be frozen, and there is no dispute to open — because from our side the order never happened. We cannot reverse a payment we never received.
This cuts both ways. A buyer who pays privately has no claim if nothing arrives; a seller who delivers privately has no proof and no protection if the buyer disappears.
If someone asks you to move the deal off-platform, that request is itself the warning sign. Keep it here and both of you stay covered.
