Where you should write depends on whether money is on the line. Those two go to different places.
That's a commitment, not an estimate. If something is going to take longer than that, we'll tell you inside the 48 hours rather than leave you waiting.
If an order went wrong, don't start here — open a dispute on the order itself.
A dispute opened on the order freezes the money for that order straight away and puts it in front of our team with the full history attached. A message sent anywhere else does none of that.
You can open one up to 7 days after the order completes, and you don't need the seller to agree first.
Every order also has its own chat, so you can talk to the other side directly before it gets that far.
Anything that isn't about a specific order in trouble.
