One is deducted from the seller, one is added for the buyer. There is no third fee, and nothing is taken later.

A store can be given a different seller-side rate as part of its arrangement with us. That is agreed with the store directly and shown to it in its own dashboard.
Ten per cent comes out of your side, and ten per cent goes on top of the buyer's. Between your price and what the buyer pays, the total spread is 20%.
We would rather write that down than let you work it out from a receipt. The two halves are separate — one is deducted, one is added — but they both sit around the same sale, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
A store pays nothing on its own side, so for a store the spread is the buyer-side 10% alone.
You sell at 1,000 EGP → 900 EGP lands in your wallet. The buyer paid 1,100 EGP.
A higher seller level does not lower your commission. It shortens how long your money is held before you can withdraw it.
Every seller pays the same rate. What a level buys you is time: a held balance clears faster as your level rises, so you wait less between selling and being able to withdraw.
We are saying this explicitly because it is the obvious thing to assume, and it isn't true. If the rate ever does change with level, this page changes with it.
Both figures are worked out when the order is placed and stored against it.
A rate change never reaches back into an order that already happened. What you agreed to when you sold is what applies to that sale, permanently.
The buyer sees their fee itemised at checkout before paying, and the seller sees the net figure before publishing a listing.
We don't keep a cut of an order that was refunded — not our side of it, and not the buyer-side fee.
A partial refund recalculates the commission against the smaller amount rather than leaving the original charge standing.
An order of 1,000 EGP refunded in full returns the whole 1,100 EGP the buyer paid, fee included. MBOOSTED keeps nothing.
